Subsequent to Nancy Jane's remarriage all to be sold and be "divided equally with my chldren including my step-daughter Mary Ann Hunt, she to have an equal share with my other children being sixteen in number, including my said step-daughter and that my said wife have an equal share or a child's part of my said Estate."
